I get the impression that a lot of people who read the OT3 course packet are a little skeptical when they first read it. Would they ever be allowed to express any confusion? Is Xenu widely acknowledged and believed in by members above that level, or is it something you read once and never talk about again?
Do OT3's talk to other OT3's about Xenu?
