NLP and Scientology

Hey guys,

I was a huge fan of NLP and have recently tried a bit of Dianetics auditing and found it to be less effective than Timeline Therapy and even simpler stuff like six-step reframing and a play with submodalities, etc.

So far I have read:

Dianetics - MSOMH (and the course with the church)
Scientology - 8-8008
Self Analysis
New Slant on Life
Fundamentals of Thought
Golden Age DVD's (all four) - the LRH snippets were pretty cool
The whole Bridge chart

And I do sense that I can benefit from getting to clear and get have a crack at OT levels, etc.

I've always been a big believer in the power of postulates and decisions - in self-determinism and constructive thinking and creativity - typically known in NLP to be GENERATIVE CHANGE.

I find Dianetics (and even Timeline Therapy in NLP) to be somewhat REMEDIAL CHANGE - but that's not to say that it's always either all - in fact, there's a bit of generative change and remedial change in pretty much every thing - they're just anchorpoints and semantics.

I wish to get some opinion on what you think about NLP compared with Scientology. I am particularly interested to hear opinions on those who have obtained "Clear" and OT Levels.

If you have been trained in NLP and Scientology, what are you thoughts on the differences of both?
Which tech within either one do you find more effective are realising choice?
What tech do you find more useful and effective?
What are you experience between Dianetics, NED and TimelineTherapy?
As you look through the times that you have made effective changes, what additional differences do you find significant between NLP and Scientology?

Thanks

Infinity :)
