Male/female ratio in Scientology Orgs and in the Sea Org

I remember that when I was staff in a scientology class V Org (in Italy from 1993 to 2000) I noticed that almost 50% of the other staff members were women, and that many of them held high Orgboard positions.

Are there studies relating the male/female ratio in the Scientology Orgs and Sea Org staff members?

And how is the distribution of the top commanding posts? Are they equally shared between men and women? Or there is a majority of men?
