I feel free of so much garbage that I held on to for 20 years as I just completed three rundowns – one of which wasn’t even intended! I did the Landmark / EST Repair Rundown followed by the Psych Repair Rundown and actually got the EP of the Suppressed Person Rundown thrown in there too!

Fortunately, I’ve been getting gains from independent Scientology and my auditor Randy Smith stuck with me as we worked our way backwards as we went earlier similar from EST/Landmark to 12 step and then to the psych therapies. I realized that at a very early age I had allowed invalidation from others after I had invalidated and doubted myself as per the result of a small but significant incident in preschool.
