Speciality Restaurant Reservations

Our first Oceania cruise is only 42 days away and I thought that it was now possible to make restaurant reservations online. We are in a B3.

When I go to "Manage My Booking" and click on speciality restaurants, nothing happens.

Have I got it wrong??
